Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1/8 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Stevia 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ Cup
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1 & ½ Cup
-Stevia 1 tsp
-French vanilla Flavour coffee 1 & ½ tsp
-Coconut milk powder 1/3 Cup
-Cream 1/3 Cup
-Whipped cream
-Coffee powder
Direction:
-In milk,add vinegar,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,stevia & beat well until fluffy.
-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence,beat well & set aside.
-In all-purpose flour,add baking powder,pink salt & mix well.
-In batter,add half quantity of all-purpose flour & fold with spatula then add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour & fold until well combined.
-Pour batter in 6x6 inches baking pan (greased & lined with butter paper) & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 175°C for 10-12 minutes.
-In warm milk,add stevia,coffee,coconut milk powder,cream,whisk well & set aside.
-Take out cake from oven,cool it cool & cut from the centre.
-In serving dish,place cake piece & pour prepared milk mixture on cake,garnish with whipped cream, coffee powder & serve chilled!
