Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 180g
-Cocoa powder ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Anday (Eggs) 4
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Water (Hot) as required
Direction:
-In a bowl, add butter, microwave for 30 seconds or until melted & set aside.
-In another bowl, place the sifter, add cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, pink salt, sift well & mix well, set aside.
-In another bowl, add eggs, caster sugar, vanilla essence, beat on high speed until light & fluffy.
-Now add dry mixture into an egg mixture, beat on low speed until well combined.
-Add melted butter, & mix well, pour in a baking pan.
-Put the baking pan in a hot water bath & bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 C for 40 minutes.
-Take it out of the oven & let it cool for 15 -20 minutes, scoop out the brownie pudding & add it to a serving plate, serve with ice-cream.

-Ek bowl mein butter dalein, microwave mein 30 seconds ke liye ya jab tak melt ho jaye karlen aur side par rakh den.
-Phir doosray bowl mein sifter rakh kar, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour aur pink salt dalein, achi tarah sift karen, phir mix karen aur side par rakh den.
-Ek aur bowl mein eggs, caster sugar aur vanilla essence dalein, high speed par beat karen jab tak mixture light aur fluffy ho jaye.
-Ab dry mixture ko egg mixture mein dalein aur low speed par beat karen jab tak achi tarah combine ho jaye.
-Ab melted butter dalein, mix karen aur mixture ko baking pan mein pour karen.
-Baking pan ko hot water mein rakh kar pre-heated oven mein 160°C par 40 minutes ke liye bake karen.
-Oven se nikal len aur 15–20 minutes ke liye cool hone den. Brownie pudding ko scoop karen, serving plate mein dalein aur ice-cream ke sath serve karen.
