Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Dried oregano 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Boneless chicken cubes 750g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated 20g or as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated 20g or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add milk & mix well.
-Add dried parsley,pink salt,black pepper crushed,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens.White sauce is ready!
-In frying pan,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,tomato paste,dried oregano,red chilli powder,black pepper crushed,pink salt,paprika powder,cumin seeds,vinegar & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Add cooking oil,turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,our white sauce,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,fresh coriander,turn on the flame,cover & let it steam cook on low flame until cheese melts (1-2 minutes) & serve!

-Frying pan mein dahi,adrak lehsna paste,tomato paste,dried oregano,lal mirch powder,kali mirch crushed,pink salt,paprika powder,zeera aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker chulha on karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cuulha bund ker dein,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur hara dhania dal ker chulha on karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak steam cook ker lein (1-2 minutes) & serve karein!
