Ingredients:
Prepare Spice Mix:
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Dried oregano ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
Prepare Beef Filling:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 400g with 20% fat
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Soya (Dill) chopped 2 tbs
-Nurpur Butter salted 2 tbs
Prepare Pastry Dough:
-Warm water 1 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Water 2-3 tbs
-Nurpur Butter salted 3 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Nurpur Butter salted
-Soya (Dill) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Spice Mix:
-In a bowl,add paprika powder,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,garlic powder,red chilli powder & mix well.Spice mix is ready!
Prepare Beef Filling:
-In a bowl,add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,pink salt,prepared spice mix 2 tbs (reserve remaining for later use),corn kernels, capsicum,onion,tomato,spring onion,dill & mix until well combined.
-Add butter,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Pastry Dough:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add half quantity of all-purpose flour & mix well until gluten forms.
-Add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour,pink salt & mix well.
-Add water if required & knead until dough is formed.
-Add butter & knead until smooth dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
-Knead dough again until smooth,take a small dough (120g) & make a ball.
-With the help of greased hands,grease the dough & coat the dough ball with reserved spice mix from all sides & press gently.
-Add prepared beef filling,gather the dough & make a dough ball.
-Press gently,sprinkle dry flour & make cut with the help of knife in a blooming flower shape.
-Flip the dough & roll out gently with the help of rolling pin.
-Transfer it to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
-Apply egg wash & bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes (on both grills).
-After baking,apply butter,sprinkle dill & serve (makes 5-6).

-Bowl mein warm water,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
-Maida ki half quantity dal dein aur gluten form ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida ki remaining quantity aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Agar zarorat ho tou pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Makhan dal dein aur smooth ho janay tak dough ko ghond lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 1-hour proof hunay kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein,chota dough lein (120g) aur ball bana lein.
-Greased haathon ki madad sa dough ko grease ker lein aur reserved spice mix mein ache tarhan coat ker ka gently press ker lein.
-Tayyar beef filling dal ker dough ko gather ker lein aur dough ball bana lein.
-Gently press ker ka maida chirak dein aur knife ki madad sa blooming flower shape ki tarhan cuts laga lein.
-Dough ko flip ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa gently bail lein.
-Baking tray lined with baking paper per rakh dein.
-Anda laga lein aur preheated oven mein 180°C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
-Baking ka bad makhan laga lein aur soya dal ker serve karein (makes 5-6).
