Ingredients:
Prepare Custard:
-Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 & ½ litre
-Sugar 1 & ¼ Cup
-Custard powder (vanilla flavor) ¾ Cup
-Pakola Full Cream Milk ½ Cup
-Mango or Pineapple juice ¼ Cup
-Dairy cream whipped 150ml
Prepare Jelly:
-Water 1 Cup
-Instant jelly mix 80g (strawberry flavor)
-Water 1 Cup
-Instant jelly mix 80g (banana flavor)
-Mixed fruit cocktail 430g (with cocktail syrup)
-Papaya cubes 2 Cups
-Apple cubes 1 Cup
-Banana sliced 1 Cup
Assembling:
-Sponge cake cut in cubes
-Pista (Pistachios)
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
Prepare Custard:
-In a wok.add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
-In a bowl,add custard powder,milk & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved custard powder in boiling milk,mix well & cook on low flame until custard thickens (4-5 minutes) & keep consistency a bit thicker than normal custard.
-Remove from heat and let it cool completely while whisking.
-Add mango or pineapple juice & whisk well.
-Add dairy cream,mix well to combine then whisk well until smooth & set aside.
Prepare Jelly:
-In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil.
-Add banana instant jelly mix & mix until it dissolves.
-Pour in a dish & let it cool.
-Cut jelly into cubes & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil.
-Add strawberry instant jelly mix & mix until it dissolves.
-Pour in a dish & let it cool.
-Cut jelly into cubes & set aside.
-In a bowl,add mixed fruit cocktail along with cocktail syrup,papaya,apple,banana,fold fruits in syrup to avoid browning of fresh fruits & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a serving dish,add prepared custard,sponge cake,mixed fruits,pistachios,almonds,colored jelly cubes,prepared custard & garnish with whipped cream,red & green jelly & pistachios.
-Refrigerate until chilled!

-Bowl mein cuatard powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Boiling milk mein dissolved custard dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per custard garha ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) aur consistency ko normal custard sa ziyada thick rakhna hai.
-Chulhay sa hata lein aur whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.

-Dairy cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.

-Strawberry jelly mix dal ker dissolve ho janyay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dish mein pour ker lein & thanda ker lein.
-Cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein mixed fruit cocktail syrup ka saath dal dein,papaya,apple aur banana dal dein aur fruits ko syrup mein ache tarhan coat ker lein ta ka fresh fruits brown na hun & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Serving dsih mein tayyar custard,sponge cake,mixed fruits,pista,badam,colored jelly cubes & tayyar custard dal dein,whipped cream,red & green jelly aur pista sa garnish ker lein.
-Thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-In a bowl,add mixed fruit cocktail along with cocktail syrup,papaya,apple,banana,fold fruits in syrup to avoid browning of fresh fruits & set aside.
