Ingredients:

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup

-Gajar (Carrot) julienne 1 Cup

-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

-Chicken qeema (Mince) 350g

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Sugar ½ tbs

-Chicken powder ½ tbs

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs

-Soy sauce 1 tbs

-Tomato ketchup ½ Cup

-Water 1 Cup or as required

-Cornflour 1 tbs

-Water 1-2 tbs

 

Directions:

-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum,carrots & stir fry for a minute & set aside for later use.

-In the same wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.

-Turn off the flame,add red chilli crushed,red chilli powder & mix well.Chilli oil is ready & reserve for later use.

-Turn on the flame,in the same wok,add cooking oil,chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.

-Add salt,sugar,chicken powder,vinegar,soy sauce,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

-Add prepared chilli oil,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.

-Add tomato ketchup & mix well.

-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.

-In cornflour,add water & mix well.

-Add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens.

-Now add sauteed vegetables & mix well.

-Heat sizzler pan,add qeema manchurian & serve with fried rice!
