Ingredients:
-Water 4 Cups
-Chawal (Rice) tota ¾ Cup (soaked for 2 hours)
-Papay (Rusk) 6-7
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ litre
-Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 1 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) half
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add water,soaked rice,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
-In a blender jug add cooked rice,rusk,milk,blend well & set aside.
-In a wok,add sugar,spread evenly & cook on low flame until sugar is caramelize & turns brown.
-Add milk,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add sugar,cardamom powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add almonds,pistachios & mix well.
-Add blended paste,mix well & cook on medium low flame until desired thickness & consistency (35-40 minutes).
-Take out in a serving dish,garnish with almonds,pistachios,almonds & serve chilled!
