Ingredients:
-Water 2 Cups
-Sagodana (Tapioca sago) 2 tbs
-Muskmelon 1
-Water 1 Cup
-Coconut milk powder ½ Cup
-Condensed milk 1/3 Cup
-Ice cubes
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 2 tbs (soaked for 10 minutes)
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs
-Badam (Almond) sliced 1 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almond) sliced
-Dried rose petals
Directions:
-In a sauce pan,add water & bring it to boil.
-Add tapioca sago & boil on medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until transparent & stir in between then strain then rinse with water & set aside.
-Cut muskmelon in half & remove seeds.
-Takeout muskmelon balls with the help of round measuring spoon (½ tsp) & set aside.
-Take out rest of pulp with the help of spoon.
-In a blending jug,add muskmelon pulp,water,coconut milk powder,condensed milk,ice cubes & blend well.
-Now add boiled tapioca sago,basil seeds,almonds,pistachios & mix well.
-In a serving glass,add muskmelon balls,blended mixture,pistachios,almond,dried rose petals & serve!

-Ab is mein sagodana dal kar medium flame par 8-10 minutes tak boil karein jab tak transparent ho jaye,bech bech mein stir zaroor karein phir strain ker ka pani sa dho lein aur side par rakh dein.
-Muskmelon ko half mein cut karein aur seeds nikal dein.
-Round measuring spoon (½ tsp) ki madad se muskmelon ki balls bana lein aur alag rakh dein.
-Baki pulp spoon ki madad se nikaal lein.
-Ek blending jug mein muskmelon pulp,pani,coconut milk powder,condensed milk aur ice cubes dal kar achi tarah blend karein.
-Ab is blended mixture mein boiled sagodana,soaked tukhme balanga,badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Serving glass mein muskmelon balls,blended mixture dal dein,pista,badam aur dried rose petals se garnish ker ka serve karein!
