Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar ¼ Cup
-Khoya ½ Cup (Substitute: Use 3-4 tbs cornflour dissolve in ¼ Cup milk)
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Mango puree 1 & ½ Cup
Assembling:
-Falooda sawaiyan (white) as required
-Falooda sawaiyan (yellow) as required
-Badam (Almonds) chopped as required
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped as required
-Aam (Mango) chunks as required
-Rose syrup as required
-Tukh malanga (Basil seeds) as required
-Rose petals (Dried) as required
-Mango kulfi 2-3
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced as required
Direction:
Prepare Mango Rabri Milk:
-In a wok, add milk, bring it to a boil, stir in between.
-Cook on low flame until 20% reduces for 6-8 minutes.
-Add sugar, mix well & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Add khoya, cardamom powder, mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Turn off the flame & let it cool completely.
-Now add mango puree, gently mix & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Assembling:
-In a serving dish, add falooda vermicelli (white & yellow), almonds, cashew nuts, mango chunks, rose syrup, basil seeds, prepared mango rabri milk, dried rose petals, pistachio mango kulfi, pistachio, & repeat layers & serve!

-Ek wok mein doodh dalein aur ubaal aane den. Beech beech mein mix karte rahen.
-Low flame par 6-8 minutes ya 20% reduce hone tak pakaen.
-Cheeni dalein, mix karen aur medium flame par 2 minutes pakaen.
-Khoya aur elaichi powder dalein.
-Mix karen aur medium flame par 2-3 minutes pakaen.
-Flame band kar den aur mukammal thanda hone den.
-Mango puree dalein aur halkay haath se mix kar len.
-Refrigerator mein 30 minutes ke liye thanda kar len.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein safed aur peeli falooda sev, badam, kaju, aam ke chunks, rose syrup, tukhm balanga aur prepared mango rabri milk dalein.
-Sukhe gulab ki pattiyan, pista mango kulfi aur pista dalein.
-Layers repeat karen aur serve karen.
