Ingredients:
- Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ litre
- Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
- Ice cream powder 4 tbs (Substitute: Cornflour or Custard powder 4 tbs)
- Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
- Sugar ½ Cup or as required
- Mong phali (Peanuts) roasted ¼ Cup
- Cream chilled ¾ Cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Injeer (Fig) soaked & chopped ½ Cup
- Khajoor (Dates) deseeded & chopped 4-5
- Cherries (canned) deseeded ½ Cup
- Mixed fruit cocktail 1 Cup
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) fried & halved 3 tbs
- Kishmish (Raisins) 3 tbs
- Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
- Chocolate chips 3 tbs
- Cherries
Directions:
In a wok,add milk and bring it to boil.
Add sugar,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.
In a small cup,add ice cream powder,milk and whisk well.
Now add dissolved ice cream powder in boiling milk,whisk well and cook until custard thickens.
Let it cool.
In a saucepan,add sugar and cook on very low flame until sugar caramelizes and turns brown and stir in between.
Add peanuts and mix well.
On a clean silicon mat,spread immediately and let it cool completely.
Break into small pieces then chop coarsely.peanut crunch is ready!
In a bowl,add cream and beat well for 1 minute.
Add vanilla essence and beat again.
Now add prepared custard chilled & beat until well combined.
Add figs,dates,cherries,mixed fruit cocktail,cashew nuts,raisins,almonds,chocolate chips,prepared peanut crunch and fold gently with the help of spatula.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Decorate with cherries & serve chilled!

Chotay cup mein ice cream powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab boiling milk mein dissolved ice cream powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur custard garha ho janay tak paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Saucepan mein cheeni dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per cheeni caramelize aur brown ho janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Mong phali dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Clean silicon mat per caramelized cheeni dal ker thanda ker lein.
Small pieces mein tor lein phir coarsely chop ker lein.Peanut crunch tayyar hai.
Bowl mein cream dal ker ek minute kliya beat ker lein.
Vanilla essence dal ker dubara beat ker lein.
Ab tayyar custard chilled dal ker combine ho janay tak beat ker lein.
Injeer,khajoor,cherries,mixed fruit cocktail,kaju,kishmish,badam,,chocolate chips & tayyar peanut crunch dal ker spatula ki madad sa gently fold ker lein.
2 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Cherries sa decorate ker lein & thanda serve karein!
