Ingredients:

Prepare Anardana Hari Chutney:

-Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) 3 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp

-Sonth powder (Ginger powder) ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful

-Podina (Mint leaves) handful

-Water ½ Cup or as required

Prepare Dahi Sauce:

-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup

-Green chutney 1 tbs

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

Prepare Lal Lobia (Rajma) Kabab:

-Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) boiled 2 Cups

-Adrak (Ginger) 1-inch piece

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4

-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6

-Kidney beans boiled water ¼ Cup

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed 1 medium

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp

-Garam masala powder ½ tsp

-Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs

-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs

-Mini burger buns as required

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced

-Gajar (Carrot) julienne

-Kheera (Cucumber) julienne

 

Directions:

Prepare Anardana Hari Chutney:

-In a grinder,add dried pomegranate seeds,garlic,green chillies,cumin seeds,black pepper crushed,ginger powder,pink salt,fresh coriander,mint leaves,water,blend well & set aside.

Prepare Dahi Sauce:

-In a bowl,add yogurt,green chutney,cumin seeds,pink salt,red chilli powder,whisk well & set aside.

Prepare Lal Lobia (Rajma) Kabab:

-In a chopper,add red kidney beans,ginger,green chillies,garlic & chop well.

-Gradually add boiled kidney beans water & chop until well combined.

-Take out in a bowl,add onion,coriander powder,red chilli powder,pink salt,cumin powder,garam masala powder,gram flour,lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix until well combined.

-Grease hand with oil,take small quantity of mixture (50g) & make kabab of equal sizes.

-On griddle,add cooking oil & fry kabab on medium flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 14).

-On the same griddle,add garlic & sauté until golden.

-Toast mini burger buns from both sides & turn off the flame.

-Add & spread prepared anardana hari chutney,add onion,carrot,cucumber & prepared lal lobia kabab.

-Add & spread prepared dahi sauce,cover with top bun & serve.
