Ingredients:
Prepare Qeema Filling:
-Cooking 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed 2 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) lean 350g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
Prepare Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp
-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 3 tbs
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Qeema Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,green chilli & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,cumin powder,pink salt,coriander powder,red chilli crushed,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add fresh coriander,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,pink salt,clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Knead dough until smooth.
-Take a small dough (150g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out into long oval shape.
-Apply clarified butter & dust dry flour,flip both vertical sides to the center,apply clarified butter & dust dry flour than fold the dough from the center.
-Apply clarified butter & dust dry flour than roll out the dough into pinwheel shape,cut the dough in 3 portions.
-Take one portion,sprinkle dry flour & roll out into 4-inches.
-Place rolled dough in a bowl,add 2 tbs prepared qeema filling in the center of dough,apply water,gather the edges,twist,pinch & sealing the ends.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (120°C) & fry on very low flame until golden & crispy (makes 14-16).

-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste,zeera powder,pink salt,dhania powder,lal mirch crushed,garam masala powder aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein maida,pink salt aur ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein phir dhak ker 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Chota dough (150g) lein,ball bana lein aur maida chirak ker long oval shape mein bail lein.
-Ghee laga ker maida chirak dein,dono vertical sides ko flip ker lein,ghee laga ker maida chirak dein aur sides ko fold ker lein.
-Ghee laga ker maida chirak dein aur pinwheel ki shape bana lein phir 3 portions mein cut ker lein.
-Eh portion lein,maida chirak dein aur 4-inches mein bail lein.
-Rolled dough ko bowl mein rakh dein,2 tbs tayyar qeema fiiling dal dein,pani laga ker edges ko gather ker lein aur twist ker ka ends ko seal ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein (120°C) & bohat halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 14-16).
