Homemade Keto Granola

Ingredients:

-Badam (Almonds) 300g

-Hazel nuts 150g

-Akhrot (Walnuts) 150g

-Pumpkin seeds ½ Cup

-Sunflower seeds ½ Cup

-Chia seeds 1/3 Cup

-Stevia or any keto friendly sweetener 2 tbs

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 2 tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp

-Ghee (Clarified butter) soft 1/3 Cup Substitute: Coconut oil

-Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1

-Vanilla essence 2 tsp

 

Directions:

-In a chopper,add almonds,hazel nuts,walnuts & chop coarsely.

-Take out in a bowl,add pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds,chia seeds,keto sweetener,cinnamon powder,salt & mix well.

-Add clarified butter,egg white,vanilla essence & mix until well combined.

-At this point,you can also add ½ cup of dried fruit & mix well.

-Dried fruit: Fried apricots,prunes,figs,strawberries or berries.

-In a baking dish,add & spread evenly.

-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 25 minutes.

-Take out from oven & let it cool completely.

-Mix & crumble with the help of hands (yield: 900g).

-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month (dry & cool place).
-Combine with milk & eat as your breakfast cereal.

-Top up your low carb yogurt with keto granola.
