Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Rai dana (Mustard seeds) black ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2-3
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Water 2 tbs or as required
-Tikka masala ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 600g
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Anday (Eggs) boiled 3-4
-Anday (Eggs) whisked
-Breadcrumbs as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,green chillies,ginger garlic & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden.
-Add water,tikka masala,turmeric powder,pink salt,red chilli powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Turn off the flame,add potatoes,mash roughly & mix well.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Cut boiled egg in 4 pieces length wise.
-Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of potato mixture & spread it on your palm,place a piece of boiled egg & cover properly to make an oval shape.
-Now dip in whisked eggs than coat with breadcrumbs (makes 12).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden.
Ajza:

-Karahi mein cooking oil,zeera,raidana,hari mirchein aur adrak lehsan dal dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Pani,tikka masala,haldi powder,pink salt aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur aloo dal ker roughly mash karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Boiled anday ko 4 pieces length wise cut ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein,mixture ki small quantity lein aur haateli per pheela lein,boiled anday ka piece rakh dein aur ache tarhan cover ker ka oval shape bana lein.
-Ab pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein (makes 12).
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
