Ingredients
-Chicken fillets 2 (300g)
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan (Garlic) powder ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 30g
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup
-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
-Olper’s Milk 2 Cups
-Chicken stock cube 1
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) powder 1 tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated 30g
-Cheddar cheese slice 2
-Fettuccine pasta 200g (boil as per pack’s instruction)
-Fresh basil leaves 4-5
Direction:
-Prick chicken fillets with the help of meat tenderizer.
-Sprinkle black pepper,pink salt,garlic powder,lemon juice & rub on both sides.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,seasoned chicken fillets & cook on low flame until done (4-5 minutes each side) then let it rest for few minutes & cut into slices & set aside.
-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & mix well.
-Add mushrooms & sauté for a minute.
-On low flame,add cream & mix well.
-Add milk & mix well.
-Add chicken stock cube,dried oregano,pink salt,black pepper crushed,garlic powder & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese,chedder cheese slice,mix well & cook until cheese melts.
-Add fettuccine pasta & give it a good mix.
-On a serving plate,add prepared pasta,chicken pieces & garnish with fresh basil leaves.
