Ingredients:
Prepare Cake without Oven:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ¼ Cup
-Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
-Baking powder ½ tbs
-Instant coffee 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 4 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
-Hot water ¼ Cup
Prepare Chocolate Custard Frosting:
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Custard powder 3 tbs
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Dark chocolate chopped ½ Cup
-Whipping cream 100ml
-Sugar syrup
-Cake crumbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,instant coffee,pink salt,sift together,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & beat for 4-5 minutes.
-In a bowl,add milk,vinegar,mix well & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Add vanilla essence,cooking oil & beat well.
-Add half quantity of dry flour mixture,prepared buttermilk & beat until well combined.
-Now add remaining quantity of dry flour mixture & beat for 2 minutes on low speed.
-Add hot water & beat well.
-On 8-inches baking pan,greased & lined with baking paper,pour prepared batter & tap few times.
-In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
-Bake in pot on low flame for 40 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Chocolate Custard Frosting:
-In saucepan,add milk,sugar,custard powder,cocoa powder,vanilla essence,pink salt & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Turn off the flame,add dark chocolate & whisk well until smooth.
-Let it cool while whisking.
-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat well until stiff peaks form.
-In whipping cream,add chocolate custard (beat well until smooth),mix until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.
Assembling:
-Remove cake from baking pan and with the help of the cake knife,horizontally cut two layers of cake.
-Place first layer of cake on cake strand,drizzle sugar syrup & spread prepared frosting with the help of spatula.
-Place 2nd layer of cake & spread prepared frosting on it,cover all sides of the cake with frosting & apply cake crumbs on the sides of the cake & refrigerate for 4 hours.
-Cut into desired slices & serve!

-Bowl mein anday aur bareek cheeni dal dein aur 4-5 minutes kliya ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Bowl mein doodh aur sirak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Vanilla essence aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Dry flour mixture ki half quantity aur tayyar buttermilk dal dein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Ab dry flour mixture ki remaining quantity dal dein aur low speed per 2 minutes kliya beat ker lein.
-Hot water dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-8-inches baking pan (greased & lined with baking paper) mein tayyar batter dal ker few times tap few ker lein.
-Pot mein stream stand/wire rack rakh dein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 10 minutes kliya preheat ker lein.
-40 minutes kliya halki ancch per pot bake ker lein.
-Thanda dal dein.
Prepare Chocolate Custard Frosting:
-Saucepan mein doodh,cheeni,custard powder,cocoa powder,vanilla essence aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur dark chocolate da ker smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein whipping cream dal dein aur stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Whipping cream mein chocolate custard (beat well until smooth) aur ache tarhan beat ker lein phir piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Assembling:
-Cake ko baking pan sa nikal lein aur horizontally two layers mein cut ker lein.
-Cake ki first layer ko cake stand per rakh dein aur sugar syrup drizzle ker ka tayyar frosting laga lein.
-Ek aur cake layer rakh dein aur tayyar frosting laga lein aur cake ki sides ko cover ker lein phir cake crumbs ko cake ki sides per laga lein & 4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Desired slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
