-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs

-Lemon juice 2 tbs

-Tandoori masala 1 & ½ tbs

-Chicken fillet 300g

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large

-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs

-Olper’s Milk ½ Cup

-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Soy sauce 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs

-Puff pastry 500g

-Anda (Egg) whisked 1



-In a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,tandoori masala & mix well.

-Add chicken fillet & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated fillet,apply remaining marinade & cook on medium flame from both sides for 3-4 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.

-Let it cool then shred with the help of fork & set aside.

-In the same frying pan,add butter & let it melt.

-Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.

-Add green chillies & mix well.

-Add garlic & mix well.

-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for a minute.

-Add milk,mix well & cook until it thickens.

-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.

-Turn on the flame,add red chilli crushed,salt,cumin seeds,paprika powder,soy sauce,fresh coriander, mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Now add shredded chicken,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.

-Let it cool.

-On a clean working surface,sprinkle dry flour & roll out puff pastry with the help of rolling pin.

-Cut in desired shape by using round cookie cutter.

-Apply water,add prepared chicken filling in the center & flip another puff pastry on top to make a patties.

-Gently press to seal & apply egg wash on top (makes 6).

-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180 C for 12-15 minutes.

-Serve to tomato ketchup!
