Ingredients:
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ¾ Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 & ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
-Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Khatai powder (Dried mango powder) 3 tbs
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ½ Cup
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
Directions:
-In a blending jug,add fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies,garlic,cumin seeds,pink salt,dried mango powder,tamarind pulp,water & blend well.
-Take out in a bowl,add red chilli crushed & mix well.
-Serve with bun kabab.

-Bowl mein nikal lein aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bun kabab ka saath serve karein.
