Ingredients:

Prepare Mince Filling:

-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed ½ Cup

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2 & ½ tbs

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tbs

-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1

Prepare Dough:

-Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 3 Cups

-Sugar powdered 1 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Baking soda ½ tsp

-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs

-Water ¾ Cup or as required

-Til (Sesame seeds)

-Ghee (Clarified butter)

 

Directions:

Prepare Mince Filling:

-In a bowl,add beef mince,onion,green chilli,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,red chilli crushed,cumin powder, black pepper powder,coriander seeds,lemon juice,fresh coriander,egg yolk,mix until well combined & set aside.

Prepare Dough:

-In a bowl,add wheat flour,sugar,pink salt,baking soda,clarified butter & mix well.

-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.

-Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.

-Knead dough until smooth.

-With greased hand,take a small dough (150g) & make a ball.

-Sprinkle dry flour & spread it with hands.

-Add prepared beef filling (100g),apply water,gather all the sides of the dough,twist,pinch & seal the ends.

-Sprinkle dry flour,press gently & make cut in blooming shape with the help of knife.

-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out gently with the help of rolling pin.

-On upper side of rolled dough,wet with water & sprinkle sesame seeds.

-On heated griddle,place paratha (sesame side down),add clarified butter & cook from both sides on low flame until golden (makes 5).

-Serve with yogurt raita!
