Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Shorba:
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Chicken mix boti 600g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 2 medium
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Water 2-3 Cups or as required
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tsp

Prepare Aloo Matar Pulao:
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 4-5 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 12-15
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Badiyan ka pahool (Star anise) 1
-Laung (Cloves) 2-3
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 3-4 medium
-Matar (Peas) 1 Cup
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tbs or to taste
-Hot water 3 Cups or as required
-Chicken cube 1
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Chawal (Rice) basmati 500g (soaked for 1 hour)
-Pyaz (Onion) fried
Direction:
Prepare Chicken Shorba:
-In a cooking pot,add cooking oil,black peppercorns,green cardamom,cumin seeds & mix well.
-Add onion & fry on medium flame until golden.
-Add chicken,ginger garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.
-Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,pink salt,black pepper powder, kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add tomatoes & mix well.
-Add yogurt & mix well,cover & cook on medium for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender (18-20 minutes),add more water,if required.
-Add green chillies,fresh corinader,cover & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
Prepare Aloo Matar Pulao:
-In a cooking pot,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add black peppercorns,cinnamon stick,black cardamoms,star anise,cloves,cumin seeds & mix well.
-Add onion & fry until light golden.
-Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,potatoes,peas,pink salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add hot water,chicken cube,cover & cook on low flame until potatoes are tender (8-10 minutes).
-Add lemon juice & rice,mix well & cook on high flame until water is reduced (2-3 minutes) then cover & steam cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-Garnish with fried onion & serve with chicken shorba,onion & raita!

-Pyaz dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Chicken aur adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dhania powder,haldi powder,lal mirch powder,zeera,pink salt,kali mirch powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (18-20 minutes).
-Hari mirchein aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
Prepare Aloo Matar Pulao:
-Cooking pot mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Sabut kali mirch,darchini,badi elaichi,badiyan ka phool,laung aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal dein aur golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch paste,aloo,matar aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mixkarein aurdarmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hot water aur chicken cube dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per oil gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Lemon juice aur chawal dal ker mix karein aur tez ancch per pani reduuce janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes) phir dhak dein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
-Fried pyaz sa garnish ker lein aur chicken shorba,pyaz & raita ka saath serve karein!
