Ingredients:
Prepare Peshawari Soup:
-Hot water 1 & ½ litre
-Desi murghi (Organic chicken) 500g
-Chicken feet 6 (Cleaned & washed thoroughly)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 2 tsp or to taste
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 2
-Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2
-Chicken cube 2
-Cornflour 6 tbs
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3
-Anda (Egg) boiled
-Soy sauce
-Chilli sauce
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
Prepare Spicy Green Chutney:
-Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Tatri (Citric acid) 1 tsp
-Sugar 1 & ½ tsp
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Water 1 Cup
-Cornflour 1 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Peshawari Soup:
-In a pot,add water & heat it.
-Add organic chicken,chicken feet,mix well,bring it to boil & remove scum.
-Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,pink salt, cinnamon sticks,bay leaf,chicken cube & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 1 & ½ hour.
-Take out chicken pieces & set aside.
-Debone & shred chicken pieces.
-In stock,add shredded chicken,mix well & bring it to boil.
-In a bowl,add cornflour,water & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Add whisked eggs,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-In a serving bowl,add prepared spicy green chutney,boiled egg,prepared soup,soy sauce,chilli sauce, spicy green chutney,black pepper crushed & serve!
Prepare Spicy Green Chutney:
-In a spice grinder,add garlic,green chillies,fresh coriander,mint leaves,pink salt,citric acid,sugar,water, blend well & set aside.
-In a sauce pan,add water,cornflour & mix well,turn on the flame,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Add blended green paste & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Let it cool.
-Spicy green chutney can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

-Pot mein pani daal kar heat karein.
-Chicken aur chicken feet daal kar mix karein, ubalne dein aur scum remove kar dein.
-Ab adrak lehsan paste, haldi powder, kali mirch powder, white pepper powder, pink namak, dalchini stick, tez patta, chicken cube daal kar mix karein, cover karein aur low flame par 1 & ½ ghanta cook karein.
-Chicken pieces nikal kar side par rakh dein.
-Chicken ko debone karke shred kar lein.
-Stock mein shredded chicken daal kar mix karein aur ubalne dein.
-Ek bowl mein cornflour aur pani daal kar whisk karein.
-Dissolved cornflour soup mein daal kar mix karein aur medium flame par cook karein jab tak thick na ho jaye.
-Ab phainta hua anda daal kar mix karein aur 1-2 minute cook karein.
-Serving bowl mein prepared spicy green chutney, ubla anda, tayyar soup, soy sauce, chilli sauce, dobara spicy green chutney aur crushed kali mirch daal kar serve karein!
Prepare Spicy Green Chutney:
-Spice grinder mein lehsan, hari mirch, hara dhania, podina, pink namak, citric acid, cheeni aur pani daal kar achi tarah blend kar lein aur side par rakh dein.
-Sauce pan mein pani aur cornflour daal kar mix kar lein, phir flame on karein, ubalne dein aur medium flame par cook karein jab tak thick na ho jaye.
-Ab blended green paste daal kar mix karein, ubalne dein aur medium flame par 1 minute cook karein.
-Thanda hone dein.
-Spicy green chutney refrigerator mein 2 hafton tak store ki ja sakti hai.
