Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
-Chicken qeema (Mince) hand chopped 200g
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Fresh parsley /Fresh coriander chopped handful
-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
-Mayonnaise 3-4 tbs
-Bread slices 8
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs ½ tsp
Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & sauté for a minute.
-Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add capsicum,onion & mix well.
-Add fresh parsley & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Add tomato ketchup,mayonnaise,mix well & set aside.
-Trim bread slices,apply water,overlap both slices & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add prepared chicken filling.
-In a bowl,add butter,garlic,mixed herbs & microwave for 15-20 seconds then mix well.
-Apply prepared herb butter,fold both slices in rectangular shape & seal properly then apply prepared herb butter (makes 4).
-Air fry at 150C for 5 minutes or grill on pan from both sides until done.
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Chicken qeema dal kar mix karein jab tak color change ho jaye.
-Paprika powder,pink salt aur kali mirch powder dal kar ache se mix karein aur medium flame par 4-5 minutes tak paka lein.
-Shimla mirch aur pyaz daal kar mix karein.
-Fresh parsley dal kar ache sa mix karein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Phir ismein tomato ketchup aur mayonnaise dal kar ache se mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread slices ke edges trim karein,dono slices ko halka pani laga kar overlap karein aur rolling pin se roll karein.
-Tayyar chicken filling dal dein
-Ek bowl mein makhan,lehsan aur mixed herbs dal kar 15-20 seconds kliya microwave karein phir ache se mix karein.
-Tayyar herb butter lagayein,rectangular shape mein fold karein,seal karein aur phir se herb butter lagayein.
-150C per 5 minutes kliya air fry ker lein or pan per dono sides sa grill ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ke saath serve karein.
