Ingredients:

Prepare Tahini Sauce:

-Dahi (Yogurt) hung ½ Cup

-Tahini paste 2 tbs

-Mayonnaise 2 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves

-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tsp

Prepare Grilled Chicken Skewers:

-Boneless chicken thighs 500g & fillet 400g

-Dahi (Yogurt) thick 2 tbs

-Cream 1 tbs

-Dried oregano 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp

-Paprika powder ½ tbs

-Garam masala powder ½ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs

Prepare Salad:

-Iceberg shredded 1 Cup

-Tamatar (Tomato) cubes ½ Cup

-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs

-Tortilla 6-inches 7

-Paprika powder

-Pickled cucumber sliced

 

Directions:

Prepare Tahini Sauce:

-In a bowl,add yogurt,tahini paste,mayonnaise,pink salt,black pepper crushed,lemon juice,garlic (grated),mint leaves,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Grilled Chicken Skewers:

-In a bowl,add chicken,yogurt,cream,dried oregano,red chilli powder,coriander powder,black pepper crushed,pink salt,cumin powder,paprika powder,garam masala powder,garlic powder,lemon juice, cooking oil,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.

-Soaked wooden skewers in water then take out from water.

-Thread marinated chicken in wooden skewers (make 7-8 skewers).

-Place chicken skewers on oven grill & place the grill inside the microwave.

-Grill skewers on grill+combination (C 2) for 12 minutes.

-Turn sides & grilling on same setting for 12 minutes more.

Prepare Salad:

-In a bowl,add iceberg,tomato,onion,black pepper crushed,pink salt,lemon juice,olive oil,fresh coriander & mix well.

-On tortilla,add& spread prepared tahini sauce,paprika powder,prepared chicken,prepared salad, pickled cucumber,fold & wrap in butter paper & serve!
