Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Beef qeema (Mince) 250g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Gajar (Carrot) finely chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) finely chopped ½ Cup
-Napa cabbage or Chinese cabbage 1
-Water as required
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Prepare Hot Dipping Sauce:
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 tbs
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Chilli oil 2 tbs
-Sugar ¼ tsp
-Water 2 tbs
-Cornflour 1 & ½ tsp
-Safed til (Sesame seeds)
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,pink salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add carrot,capsicum & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
-In a saucepan,add water & heat it.
-Add napa cabbage leaves & blanch for 30 seconds then takeout & remove stem.
-Add prepared beef filling & fold to make a roll (makes 14-16).
-On griddle,add cooking oil,place napa cabbage rolls & fry on medium flame from both sides until golden.
Prepare Hot Dipping Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic,onion,mix well & fry until light golden.
-Add water,soy sauce,hot sauce,tomato paste,chicken powder,pink salt,chilli oil,sugar & mix well.
-In cornflour,add water & mix well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-Sprinkle sesame seeds,green onion leaves & serve with prepared sauce!
-You can also use cabbage (band gobhi) for rolls.

-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste,pink salt,kali mirch powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Gajar aur Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Saucepan mein pani dal ker garam karein.
-Napa cabbage leaves dal ker 30 seconds kliya blanch ker lein phir bahir nikal ker stem ko remove ker lein.
-Tayyar beef filling dal dein aur fold ker ka roll bana lein (makes 14-16).
-Tawa per cooking dal dein aur napa napa cabbage rolls ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Prepare Hot Dipping Sauce:
-Saucepan mein cooking oil,lehsan aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Pani,soy sauce,hot sauce,tomato paste,chicken powder,pink salt,chilli oil aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Safed til aur hara pyaz leaves dal dein aur tayyar sauce ka saath serve karein!
