Ingredients:
-Orange 1
-Lemon 1
-Boneless chicken strips 700g
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 4 tbs (optional)
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Brown sugar 1 tbs
-Cornflour 2 tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Lemon zest
Directions:
-Take out orange & lemon zest with the help of a zester & set aside for later use.
-Cut the same lemon and orange into half,squeeze & take out the juice of lemon & orange & set aside for later use.
-In a bowl,add chicken,orange zest (1 tsp),lemon zest (1/4 tsp).
-In another bowl,add paprika powder,pink salt,garlic powder,chicken powder,black pepper powder, onion powder,red chilli powder & mix well.
-In chicken,add 2 tbs of prepared spice mix (reserve remaining for later use),mix well & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,rice flour,prepared spice mix 1 tbs & mix well.
-Now coat marinated chicken in dry flour mixture then dip in water & again coat in dry flour mixture.
Option # 1: Deep Frying
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Option # 2: Air fry
-Place chicken strips in air fryer basket,spray cooking oil & air fry at 180C for 10-12 minutes (flip in between).
-In a wok,add lemon & orange juice (1 Cup),brown sugar,remaining spice mix (1 tbs),lemon zest (1/4 tsp),orange zest (1 tsp),cornflour & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Turn off the flame,add fried or air fried chicken & coat well.
-Sprinkle fresh parsley,lemon zest & serve!

-Bowl mein chicken ,orange zest (1 tsp) aur lemon zest (1/4 tsp) dal dein.
-Alag bowl mein paprika powder,pink salt,lehsan powder,chicken powder,kali mirch powder,onion powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken mein 2 tbs tayyar spice mix (reserve remaining for later use) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Bowl mein maida,chawal ka atta aur tayyar spice mix 1 tbs dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab marinated chicken ko dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein phir pani mein sip karein aur dubara dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
Option # 1: Frying
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Option # 2: Air fry
-Chicken strips ko air fryer basket mein rakh ker cooking oil spray karein aur 180C per 10-12 minutes kliya air fry ker lein (flip in between).
-Karahi mein lemon & orange juice (1 Cup),brown sugar,remaining spice mix (1 tbs),lemon zest (1/4 tsp),orange zest (1 tsp) aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,fried or air fried chicken dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Fresh parsley aur lemon zest dal ker serve karein!
