Recipe In English:
Ingredients:
-Soya (Dill) handful
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 Inch
-Hari Mirch (Green Chillies) 4-5 or as required
-Lehsan (Garlic) Cloves 5-6
-Cooking Oil ¼ Cup
-Darchini (Cinnamon Sticks) 2
-Hari Elaichi (Green Cardamom) 2-3
-Zeera (Cumin) 1 tsp
-Laung (Cloves) 2
-Pyaz (Onion) Fine chopped 3 medium
-Tomato (Pureed) 4 medium
-Kashmiri Red Chilli (Kashmiri Lal Mirch) Powder 1 tsp
-Dhania (Coriander) Powder 1 tbs
-Haldi (Turmeric) powder ½ tsp
-Himalayan Pink Salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin) powder 1 tsp
-Garam Masala powder ½ tsp
-Beef Qeema 500g
-Matar (Peas) 1 Cup
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Lemon Juice 1 Tsp
-Soya (Dill)
-Hari Mirch (Green Chillies)
Direction:
-In mortar and pestle, add dill, ginger, green chillies and garlic. Coarsely crush all ingredients & set aside.
-In a wok add cooking oil and heat it. Now add cinnamon, green cardamom, cumin, cloves, and onion.
-Fry on medium flame until pink-golden.
-Now add tomato puree, crushed dill mixture, Kashmiri red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric, pink salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and garam masala. Now mix it well, and cook on medium flame until oil separates.
-Now add beef mince. Mix it and cook for 4-5 mins on medium flame.
-Add peeled peas, and mix them.
-Add water and mix it well. Now cover & cook on low flame for 15-20 mins.
-Now remove the cover, and mix again. Add lemon juice, dill and green chillies.
-Cover & simmer for 1-2 mins.
-In a serving dish add soya qeema matar, garnish with dill. Serve with chapati, yogurt, & salad.

Directions:
-Mortar aur pestle mein soya, adrak, hari mirch aur lehsan dalain. Achay se crush karain aur side per rakh dein.
-Ek wok mein cooking oil garam karain. Phir daarchini, hari elaichi, zeera, laung aur piyaz dalain.
-Medium aanch par fry karain jab tak halka gulabi-sunehri na ho jaye.
-Ab tamatar puree, crushed soya mixture, Kashmiri lal mirch, dhania powder, haldi, pink namak, kali mirch, zeera powder aur garam masala dalain. Achi tarah mix karain aur medium aanch par pakaain jab tak tail alag na ho jaye.
-Ab beef qeema dalain, mix karain aur 4-5 minute tak medium aanch par bhunain.
-Chhilay huay matar dalain aur achi tarah mix karain.
-Pani dalain, mix karain aur dhak kar halki aanch par 15-20 minute tak pakaain.
-Dhakkan hatayein, dobara mix karain. Phir lemon juice, soya aur hari mirch dalain.
-Dobara dhak kar 1-2 minute ke liye simmer karain.
-Soya qeema matar ko serving dish mein nikalain, soya se garnish karain aur garma garam chapati, dahi aur salad ke sath serve karain.
