Ingredients:

-Cooking oil 1 Cup

-Chicken karahi cut 1 kg

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste

-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) halved 750g

-Water ½ Cup or as required

-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 2 tsp

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

 

Directions:

-In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken & pink salt.

-Turn on the flame & fry on high flame for 8-10 minutes.

-Add ginger garlic,green chillies,mix well & cook on high flame for 2 minutes.

-Add tomatoes,water & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

-Remove tomato skin & mix well.

-Add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates.

-Add black pepper crushed & mix well.

-Add green chillies,ginger & serve!
