Homemade Cream Cheese Sauces 4-ways

Ingredients:

BBQ Cream Cheese Dip:

-BBQ sauce 3 tbs

-Swiss premium Original Cheese Cream Cheese Spread 1 Cup

-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste

-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs

-Chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup

-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs

-Fresh parsley chopped

Mushroom & Cream Cheese Dip:

-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Mushrooms chopped 1 Cup

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs

-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup or as required

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste

-Swiss premium Cheddar Cheese 90g or as required

-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs

-Fresh parsley chopped

Hot Corn Dip:

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Makhan (Butter) 1 tsp

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup

-Gajar (Carrot) chopped ¼ Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup

-Corn kernels boiled 1 Cup

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs

-Swiss premium Original Cheese Cream Cheese Spread 1 Cup

-Cream ¼ Cup

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Corn kernels boiled

-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped

Sausage & Cream Cheese Dip:

-Cooking oil ½ tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp

-Chicken sausages chopped ¾ Cup

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup

-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Cayenne powder ½ tsp

-Swiss Premium Cheddar Cheese Cream Cheese Spread 1 Cup

-Doodh (Milk) 1-2 tbs

-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup

-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs

-Chicken sausages

-Paprika powder

 

Directions:

BBQ Cream Cheese Dip:

-In a bowl,add bbq sauce,original cream,tomato ketchup,salt,red chilli powder,fresh parsley,chicken,milk & mix until well combined.

-Garnish with fresh parsley,can be use or served with fries,garlic bread,nachos/crackers & pasta.

Mushroom & Cream Cheese Dip:

-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic & fry until light golden.

-Add mushrooms,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.

-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for 30 seconds then mix together with mushrooms.

-Add milk,mix well and cook until it thickens.

-Add paprika powder,black pepper crushed,salt,cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts (2-3 minutes).

-Add fresh parsley & mix well.

-Garnish with fresh parsley,can be used or served with pasta,garlic bread/crackers,crackers & snack items.

Hot Corn Dip:

-In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.

-Add onions & sauté until translucent.

-Add carrots,capsicum,corn kernals & mix well.

-Add salt,red chilli powder & mix well.

-Add milk and mix well.

-Add original cheese,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.

-Turn off the flame,in cream,add lemon juice & whisk well until thickens.

-In cast iron pan,add prepared sour cream & mix well.

-Garnish with corn kernels,green onion leaves & can be used or served with appetizers,nachos,crackers, snack items & pita (toasted).

Sausage & Cream Cheese Dip:

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.

-Add chicken sausages & mix well.

-Add tomato,salt,black pepper crushed,cayenne powder & mix well.

-Add cheddar cheese & mix well.

-Add milk & mix well.

-Turn off the flame,add mozzarella cheese,green onion leaves and cover until cheese melts (4-5 minutes).

-Garnish with chicken sausages,paprika powder & can be used or served with garlic bread,French fries,crackers and nachos.
