Chocolate Nuts Samosa

Crispy air-fried samosas filled with a luscious chocolate-nut mixture, then coated in melted chocolate and crunchy nuts for the ultimate treat! #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #araywahh #monthofgood

Ingredients:

-Badam (Almonds) 20-25

-Bhunay chanay (Roasted grams) 4-5 tbs

-Murmuray (Puffed rice) ½ Cup

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Semi sweetened dark chocolate melted 60g (½ Cup)

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs

-Water 2-3 tbs

-Samosa sheets

-Semi sweetened dark chocolate melted as required

-White chocolate melted as required

 

Directions:

-In a chopper,add almonds,roasted grams & chop coarsely.

-Add puffed rice,pink salt & chop coarsely.

-Take out in a bowl,add dark chocolate,mix well & set aside.

-In a small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.Flour slurry is ready!

-Take samosa sheet (2.5 X 9 inches) & fold the sheet to make a pocket.

-Add prepared chocolate & nuts filling,roll into the shape of samosa & seal the edges properly with flour slurry.

-Spray cooking oil & air fry in preheated air fryer at 160 C for 6-8 minutes.

-Let them cool at room temperature.

-Dip samosa in melted chocolate & place them on a grill rack until chocolate sets (makes 14).

-Drizzle melted white chocolate & serve!
