Ingredients:
Prepare Chapli Kabab:
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g
-Charbi (Fat) grated 50g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1tbs
-Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 2 tsp or to taste
-Ajwain (Carom Seeds) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Makai ka atta (Maize flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped 2 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed 2 medium
-Water 2-3 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Masala Pyaz:
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 3-4 medium
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Chaat masala ½ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
Prepare Imli Hari Chutney:
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ½ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp
-Sugar ½ tsp
-Water 2-3 tbs or as required
Direction:
Prepare Chapli Kabab:
-In a bowl,add eggs,pink salt & whisk well.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,whisked eggs & cook from both sides until done & set aside.
-In a bowl,add beef mince,fat,ginger garlic paste,dried pomegranate seeds,red crush chilli,cumin powder,pink salt,carom seeds,black pepper powder,egg,maize flour,tomatoes,green chilli,fresh coriander, onion & mix until well combined.
-Add water & knead the mixture well.
-Add prepared omelette & mix well.
-Wet hands with water,take a mixture (150g),make a ball & place on butter paper,press & spread evenly with the help of hands (6 inches).
-Place tomato slice & press gently.
-Heat griddle,add cooking oil & fry on medium flame from both side until golden brown (makes 4).
Prepare Masala Pyaz:
-In a bowl,add onion,kashmiri red chilli powder,pink salt,cumin seeds,chaat masala,fresh coriander, lemon juice & mix well.
Prepare Imli Hari Chutney:
-In a blending jar,add fresh coriander,mint leaves,garlic,green chillies,tamarind pulp,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,pink salt,coriander seeds,sugar,water & blend well.
-Serve with rice,naan,prepared masala pyaz & imli hari chutney.

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur pheetay hoye anday dal dein aur dono sides sa paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein beef qeema,charbi,adrak lehsan paste,anardana,lal mirch crushed,zeera powder,pink salt, ajwain,kali mirch powder,anda,Makai ka atta,tamatar,hari mirch,hara dhania aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mixker lein.
-Pani dal ker mixture ko ache tarhan knead ker lein.
-Tayyar omelette dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko gheela karein aur mixture (150g) la ker ball bana lein aur butter papper per rakh ka press karein aur haath ki madad sa evenly spread ker lein (6 inches).
-Tamatar slice rakh ker gently press ker lein.
-Tawa garam karein aur cooking oil dal ker darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 4).
Prepare Masala Pyaz:
-Bowl mein pyaz,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,pink salt,zeera,chaat masala,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Prepare Imli Hari Chutney:
-Blending jar mein hara dhania,podina,lehsan,hari mirchein,imli pulp,zeera,lal mirch crushed,pink salt, sabut dhania,cheeni aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Chawal,naan,tayyar masala pyaz & imli hari chutney ka saath serve karein!
