Prepare Cajun Chicken:

-Chicken fillets 2

-Paprika powder 1 tbs

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs

-Onion powder ½ tbs

-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp

-Dried thyme 1 tbs

-Dried oregano 1 tbs

-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

Prepare Alfredo Sauce Pasta:

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs

-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cup

-Parmesan cheese 2 tbs (optional)

-Cream 1 Cup

-Fettuccine pasta 300g (boiled with salt)

-Fresh parsley chopped



Prepare Cajun Chicken:

-Make deep cuts on each chicken fillets.

-In a bowl,add paprika powder,garlic powder,onion powder,salt,black pepper powder,dried thyme, dried oregano & mix well.Cajun seasoning is ready! (approx. 4-5 tbs).

-Sprinkle 2-3 tbs prepared cajun seasoning on both sides of chicken & rub evenly (reserve remaining for sauce) & let them rest for 2-3 minutes.

-In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,place chicken fillets & cook on low flame from both sides until done (5-6 minutes each side) & set aside.

Prepare Alfredo Sauce Pasta:

-In the same cast iron pan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.

-Add all-purpose flour & mix well.

-Add milk,whisk well & cook until sauce thickens.

-Add reserved cajun seasoning (1-2 tbs),parmesan cheese,on low flame,add cream & mix well.

-Add fettucine pasta & give it a good mix.

-Place cajun chicken,garnish with fresh parsley & serve!
