In wok,add oil,onion and cook until translucent.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add red chili powder,salt,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,red chili crushed,nigella seeds and mix well.
Add tomatoes,cover and cook on low flame until tender.
Remove tomatoes skin and mash them.
Mix well and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add lemon juice,green chilies,fresh coriander and mix well.
Cover and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander,green chili & serve.

Tamatar ki skin nikal lein aur tamatar ko mash ker lein.
Ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lemon juice,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak ker 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
Hara dhania aur hari mirch sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
