Chicken Tikka French Toast

Ingredients:

Prepare Chicken Tikka Filling:

-Dalda cooking oil 2 tbs

-Boneless Chicken cubes 350g

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp

-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs

-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium

-Tomato paste 1 & ½ tbs

-Mayonnaise 2 tbs

-Mix cheese ½ Cup or as required

-Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Bread slices 8

-Anday (Eggs) whisked 3

-Doodh (Milk) ⅓ Cup

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ⅛ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ⅛ tsp

-Dalda cooking oil as required

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

 

Direction:

Prepare Chicken Tikka Filling:

-In a pan, add cooking oil, heat it, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, mix well, cook on medium flame until it changes color.

-Add yogurt, tikka masala, pink salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, mix well, cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes or until oil separates.

-Add onion, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes or until onion softens.

-Add tomato paste, mayonnaise, mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.

-Turn off flame, let it rest for few minutes, add mix cheese & mix well.

-Place bread slice, trim edges, chop all the corners well, breadcrumbs are ready, set aside.

-Add prepared chicken tikka mixture, spread it, cover with another bread slice, press with spatula.

-In a flat bottom dish, add egg whisk well, add milk, black pepper crushed, pink salt, whisk well.

-In another flat bottom pan, add prepared bread crumbs, coat prepared bread sandwich.

-In a pan add cooking oil, heat it, add prepared french toast, fry on medium to low flame until golden (Makes: 4).

-Serve with sour cream!
