Ingredients:
-Sarson ka saag (Fresh mustard leaves) 500g
-Hara lehsan (Green Garlic) 100g
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 2 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Raidana (Mustard seeds) crushed 2 tbs
Direction:
-Trim the root/stems ends of fresh mustard leaves, & add in a rolling boil of water, boil for 2 minutes on medium flame, then turn off the flame.
-Let them rest for 2 minutes in hot water, then take it out & Set aside.
-Cut green garlic into 3-4 inch pieces.
-In a jar, add boiled mustard leaves, green garlic, pink salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, cover & shake until well combined.
-Keep it in sunlight for 3 days, achar is ready & it can be stored for up to 1 month.

Direction:
-Fresh sarson ke patton ke root/stem ends trim kar lein, phir inhein ubalte hue pani mein dalein aur medium flame par 2 minutes tak ubal lein, phir flame band kar dein.
-Garam pani mein 2 minutes ke liye rehne dein, phir nikaal kar side par rakh den.
-Hara lehsan 3–4 inch ke pieces mein kaat lein.
-Ek jar mein ubalay hue sarson ke pattay, hara lehsan, pink namak, lal mirch powder, haldi powder aur rai ke beej dalein, dhakkan lagayein aur achi tarah hila lein jab tak sab achi tarah mix ho jaye.
-Isay 3 din dhoop mein rakh dein, achar tayar ho jaye ga aur isay 1 mahina tak store kiya ja sakta hai.
