Ingredients:
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Sooji (Semolina) sifted ¼ Cup
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) ¼ Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tbs
-Sugar ¾ Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a bowl,add whole wheat flour,semolina,desiccated coconut,cardamom powder,almonds,clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles.
-In a bowl,add sugar,water & mix (don’t dissolve sugar in water).
-Gradually add in flour,mix well & knead until dough is formed & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Cut into two parts,take one part & make a cylindrical shape.
-Cut into slices with the help of dough cutter.
-In a wok, add cooking oil & heat it.
-Deep fry on low heat flip periodically until golden & crispy (makes 22).
-Let them cool.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 3 weeks (shelf life).
Ajza:

-Bowl mein chakki a atta,sooji,khopra,,elaichi powder,badam aur ghee dal kar acchi tarah mix karein jab tak crumble na hojaye.
-Ek bowl mein cheeni aur pani dal kar mix karein (don’t dissolve sugar in water).
-Ab thora thora ker ka flour mein add karein,mix karein aur dough gundh lein,5 minutes rest karne dein.
-Dough ko do parts mein divide karein,ek part le kar cylindrical shape bana lein.
-Ab dough cutter ki madad se slices cut karein.
-Ek wok mein cooking oil garam karein.
-Low heat par deep fry karen, beech beech mein flip karen jab tak golden aur crispy ho jaye.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Airtight jar mein dal ker 3 weeks kliya store ker saktay han (shelf life).
