Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) hand chopped 500g
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) small cubes ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) small cubes ½ Cup
-Pizza sauce 2-3 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped or any fresh herbs handful
-Bread slices as required
-Mayonnaise as required
-Pizza sauce as required
-Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese as required
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dried oregano
-Pepperoni slices 16
Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add red chilli crushed,dried oregano,pink salt,paprika powder,garlic powder,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add onion,capsicum,pizza sauce,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-On bread slice,spread mayonnaise,prepared chicken filling (2 tbs) fold & seal corners properly.
-Transfer to a baking tray (greased & lined with baking paper) & apply pizza sauce with the help of brush.
-Add mozzarella & cheddar cheese,sprinkle red chilli crushed,dried oregano & add pepperoni slices (makes 16).
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh basil leaves & serve with tomato ketchup!

-Lal mirch crushed,dried oregano,pink salt,paprika powder,garlic powder aur lemon juice dal kar mix karein & darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Pyaz,shimla mirch aur pizza sauce dal kar 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal kar mix karein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bread slice par mayonnaise aur 2 tbs tayyar chicken filling rakh kar fold karein aur corners achi tarah seal karein.
-Baking tray (greased & lined with baking paper) per rakh dein aur brush ki madad se pizza sauce laga lein.
-Mozzarella & cheddar cheese,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano aur pepperoni slices dal dein (makes 16).
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 15-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Fresh basil leaves se garnish karein aur tomato ketchup ke saath serve karein.
