Easy Bread Rasmalai

Ingredients:

-Water 1 Cup

-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2

-Sugar ¼ Cup or to taste

-Kewra water ½ tsp

-Olper’s milk 1 litre

-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) crushed ½ tsp

-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp

-Sugar 3 tbs or as required

-Custard powder 1 tbs

-Olper’s milk ¼ Cup

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs

-Badam (Almonds) sliced 1 tbs

-Bread slices 10-12

-Khoya 100g

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

-Badam (Almonds) sliced

 

Direction:

-In a saucepan,add water,green cardamom,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved (1-2 minutes).

-Add kewra water & mix well.Sugar syrup is ready!
-In a wok,add milk,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame until milk is reduced to half quantity.
-Add green cardamom,saffron strands,sugar,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-In custard powder,add milk & mix well.

-Now add dissolved custard,mix continuously & cook until it thickens.

-Add pistachios,almond & mix well.

-Let it cool.
-Cut bread slices with the help of round cutter (2.5 inches).
-Microwave khoya for 10 seconds.
-On each bread slice,add ½ tbs of khoya,spread evenly & place another slice to make a sandwich & press gently then dip into prepared sugar syrup.

-Place them on serving dish,pour prepared malai milk & garnish with pistachios,almonds & serve!
