-Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 10-12
-Adrak (Ginger) 1-inch piece
-Lehsan (Garlic) 6-8 cloves
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Anday (Eggs) boiled 8
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 4 medium
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp
-Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced 1 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Chawal (Rice) Sella/Basmati 500g (80% boiled with salt & whole spices)
-Yellow food color few drops
-Saffron essence 2 tsp
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced 1 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
Directions:
-In a grinder,add green chillies,almonds,ginger,garlic,fresh coriander,mint leaves,water,grind well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,pink salt & mix well.
-Prick boiled eggs with a fork,add in frying pan & mix well.
-Add fresh coriander,mix well & cook on low flame from all sides until light golden & set aside.
-In a pot,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add onion & fry on medium flame until golden.
-Add black peppercorns,bay leaves,cumin seeds,green cardamom,black cardamom,cinnamon sticks & mix well.
-Add ground paste,yogurt & mix well.
-Add cumin powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,pink salt, cardamom powder,mace powder,nutmeg powder,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add cream.
-Turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add cooked eggs & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add lemon juice,tomato,fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies,boiled rice & spread evenly.
-Add yellow food color in saffron essence & add the mixture over boiled rice.
-Add tomato,fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies,turn on the flame & place a heat diffuser under the pot than cover with kitchen cloth & steam cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-Mix well & serve!

-Grinder mein hari mirchein,bada,adrak,lehsan,hara dhania,podina aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,haldi powder,lal mirch powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Boiled eggs ko fork ki madad sa prick karein aur frying pan mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per tamam sides sa light golden ho janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Sabut kali mirch,tez patta,zeera,hari elaichi,badi elaichi aur darchini dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ground paste aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Zeera powder,kali mirch powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder,pink salt,elaichi powder,javitri powder aur jaifil powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal dein.
-Chulha on karein,ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cooked anday dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,lemon juice,hara dhania,podina,hari mirchein aur boiled chawal dal ker pheela lein.
-Saffron essence mein yellow food color dal ker mix karein aur boiled chawal ka upper dal dein.
-Tamatar,hara dhania,podina aur hari mirchein dal dein,chulha on karein aur pot ka neechay heat diffuser rakh dein aur kitchen cloth sa cover ker ka halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
-Mix ker ka serve karein!
