Ingredients:

-Badam (Almonds) 50g

-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 50g

-Flex seeds 3 tbs

-Pumpkin seeds ¼ Cup

-Chaar maghaz (Melon seeds) 3 tbs

-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tbs

-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste

-Khajoor (Dates) soft 250g

-Honey 2 tbs

-Cocoa powder

 

Directions:

-In a frying pan,add almonds,cashew nuts,flex seeds & dry roast on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

-Add pumpkin seeds,melon seeds,fennel seeds & dry roast for 2-3 minutes.

-You can add other seeds as per your health requirement like sesame seeds,sunflower seeds etc.

-Let them cool.

-In grinding machine,add roasted nuts & grind coarsely (on pulse).

-Add cardamom powder,pink salt,dates (deseed),honey & grind well.

-Grease 4.5x8 inch rectangular mold with oil,add prepared mixture & spread evenly.

-Now carefully remove the mold & cut the fudge in small square shapes.

-Sprinkle cocoa powder & serve!

-Multi seeds date fudge can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks in refrigerator.

-Consume 1 square a day to improve your immunity & hormonal health.
