Ingredients:
Prepare Butterfly Pea Syrup:
-Water 4 Cups
-Dried butterfly pea flowers 5g (18-20 flowers)
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
Assembling:
-Ice crushed
-Edible silver glitter ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs or as required
-Lemon slice
-Podina (Mint leaves)
Directions:
Prepare Butterfly Pea Syrup:
-In a kettle,add water & bring it to boil.
-Add dried butterfly pea flowers,boil on low flame & let it steep for 5 minutes.
-Add sugar,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Strain & let it cool at room temperature.
Assembling:
-In a glass,add crushed ice,prepared butterfly pea syrup (3/4 cup),edible silver glitter & mix well.
-Add lemon juice & stir.
-Garnish with lemon slice,mint leaf & serve chilled!

-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Strain ker ka room temperature per thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Glass mein crushed ice,tayyar butterfly pea syrup (3/4 cup) aur edible silver glitter dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lemon juice dal ker stir karein.
-Lemon slice aur podina sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein!
