-Gajar (Carrot) chopped 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp

-Chicken powder ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Warm water ¼ Cup or as required
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
Prepare Salad Dressing:
-Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1-inch piece
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 clove
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp
-Chicken powder ¼ tsp
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) ½ tbs
-Honey ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
Prepare Salad:
-Bund Gobi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Purple cabbage shredded 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Red bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
-Cherry tomatoes
-Til (Sesame seeds) black & white
-Chilli oil
Directions:
Prepare Mini Dumplings:
-In a bowl,add chicken mince spring onion,carrot,garlic,black pepper crushed,chicken powder,red chilli crushed,pink salt,sesame oil,soy sauce,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,pink salt & mix well.
-Gradually add warm water,mix & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
-Take a dough,make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin (as thin as possible) then cut into round circles with the help of a 2-inch cutter.
-Apply water on the corners,add prepared filling (1 tsp),fold & seal properly (makes 19-20).
-In frying pan,add olive oil & fry until light golden (1 minute each side).
-Add water,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes or until water dries up.
Prepare Salad Dressing:
-In a small bowl,add ginger,garlic,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,sesame oil,honey,lemon juice,soy sauce & mix well.
Prepare Salad:
-In a bowl,add cabbage,carrot,purple cabbage,capsicum,red bell pepper & fresh coriander,prepared salad dressing & toss well.
-In a serving bowladd prepared salad,fried dumplings & garnish with fresh coriander,cherry tomatoes, chilli oil,sesame seeds & serve!

-Ek bowl mein chicken qeema,spring onion, carrot, garlic, black pepper crushed, chicken powder, red chilli crushed, pink salt, sesame oil aur soy sauce daal kar mix karein aur side par rakh dein.
-Aik bowl mein all-purpose flour, cornflour aur pink salt daal kar mix karein.
-Ab dheere dheere garam pani daal kar dough gundh lein, cover karein aur 10 minutes ke liye rest karne dein.
-Ab dough ka aik ball bana kar rolling pin se patla bel lein aur 2 inch cutter ki madad se gol shapes cut kar lein.
-Corners par halka pani lagayein, prepared filling (1 tsp) dal kar fold karein aur ache se seal karein (makes 19-20).
-Frying pan mein olive oil daal kar dumplings ko dono sides se 1 minute tak light golden fry karein.
-Ab thoda pani daal kar cover karein aur low flame par 5-6 minutes tak cook karein ya jab tak pani dry na ho jaye.
Prepare Salad Dressing:
-Aik chhoti bowl mein ginger, garlic, red chilli crushed, chicken powder, sesame oil, honey, lemon juice aur soy sauce daal kar mix karein.
Prepare Salad:
-Aik bowl mein cabbage, carrot, purple cabbage, capsicum, red bell pepper aur fresh coriander daal kar salad dressing daalein aur toss karein.
-Ab serving bowl mein salad set karein, upar se fried dumplings rakhein, fresh coriander, cherry tomatoes, chilli oil aur sesame seeds se garnish karein aur serve karein!
