Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3 medium
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) ½ inch piece
-Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chilli) sliced 1
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1 pinch
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp
-Water ½ Cup (if required)
Directions:
-In the blending jug,add potatoes & reserve half quantity or later use.
-Add cumin powder,pink salt,turmeric powder,ginger,citric acid,green chilli,tamarind pulp,chicken powder,water,blend well & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,dried red chilli & sauté for 30 seconds.
-Add blended paste,reserved boiled potatoes (grate with grater),mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add yellow food color,red chilli crushed & mix well.
-If required,add water,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Serve with mini samosa.

-Blending jug mein aloo dal dein aur half quantity ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Zeera powder,pink salt,haldi powder,adrak,tatri,hari mirch,imli pulp,chicken powder aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Saucepan mein cooking oil aur sukhi lal mirch dal ker 30 seconds kliya sauté ker lein.
-Blended paste aur reserved boiled aloo (grate with grater) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Zarda ka rang aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Agar zarorat ho tpu pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Mini samosa ka saath serve karein.
