Ingredients:
Prepare Filling:
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes ½ Cup
-Black olives sliced ¼ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup (100g)
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Italian herbs ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
Prepare Pizza Dough:
-Warm water ¾ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1
-Water 1/3 Cup
-Honey 2 tbs
-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 Cup
-Pizza sauce
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
Directions:
Prepare Filling:
-In a bowl,add capsicum,corn kernels,onion,black olives,cheddar cheese,red chilli crushed,dried oregano, pink salt,Italian herbs,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Pizza Dough:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add half quantity of all-purpose flour,egg,cooking oil,pink salt & mix well until gluten forms (2-3 minutes).
-Add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease the dough with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
-In a small bowl,add egg white,water,honey,mix well & set aside.
-Knead dough again until smooth.
-Take 70g of dough & make a ball,dip dough ball in prepared honey mixture & coat with sesame seeds.
-Place all the dough balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper,cover with a kitchen cloth & let them proof for 20 minutes (warm place).
-Take a small flat bottom glass,dip the base of glass in prepared honey mixture & press on dough balls to make a cavity.
-Prick the cavity with a fork,add pizza sauce,prepared filling & mozzarella cheese (makes 9-10).
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C 10-12 minutes (on both grills with fan).

-Bowl mein warm water,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Maida ki half quantity dal dein aur gluten form ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein (2-3 minutes).
-Maida ki remaining quantity dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker garam jagha per 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dien.
-Small bowl mein anday ki zardi,pani aur honey dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein.
-70g dough la ker ball bana lein,dough ball ko tayyar honey mixture mein dip karein aur til sa coat ker lein.
-Tamam dough balls ko baking tray (lined with baking paper) per rakh dein aur kitchen cloth sa cover ker ka 20 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein (warm place).
-Small flat bottom glass ki base ko tayyar honey mixture mein dip karein aur dough balls ko press ker ka canity bana lein.
-Cavity ko fork sa prick karein,pizza sauce,tayyar filling aur mozzarella cheese dal dein (makes 9-10).
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 10-12 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills with fan).
