Ingredients:
-Mash daal (White lentil gram) soaked 1 & ½ Cup
-Water 2 Cups
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1/3 Cup
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 2 medium
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,add white lentil gram,water,mix well & bring it to boil then remove scum.
-Add ginger garlic paste,pink salt & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until 90% done (9-10 minutes),strain & set aside.
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add button red chillies,ginger garlic paste & fry for a minute.
-Add tomato puree,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
-Add turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,pink salt,dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
-Add boiled white lentil gram,mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add garam masala powder,black pepper,fresh coriander,green chillies & mix well.
-Garnish with ginger,fresh coriander & serve!

-Karahi mein mash daal aur pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad scrum ko remove ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 90% done (9-10 minutes) ho janay tak paka lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Sabut lal mirch aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ek minute kliya fry ker lein.
-Tamatar puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Haldi powder,lal mirch crushed aur kasuri methi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Boiled mash daal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Garam masala powder,kali mirch crushed,hara dhania aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
